People know Ontario for its rich cultural heritage, vibrant cities, and natural landscapes. I visited 25-30 places in Ontario a few months ago and I’ll describe about 12 best things to do in Ontario. I have enjoyed an unforgettable experience. Ontario is one of the best tour points in Canada for locals or visitors.

 

Niagara Falls

Visiting Ontario should not be complete without visiting Niagara Falls. It felt like a mist on my face. So don’t miss out on becoming a witness to this world’s biggest waterfall. Bringing a drone to watch the best view of this place is highly recommended. I also visited the charming town of Niagara on the lake. This lake is known for its wineries and awesome views of landscapes. So this is highly recommended that you add Niagara Falls to your list of best things to do in Ontario, Canada.

 

 

CN Tower

If you decide to visit Ontario then don’t miss 553 meters CN tower. CN Tower was built in 1976. So when you visit this tower, also it will be a historical visit. This tower offers you the best panoramic views of Toronto. Not only that, you will explore the amazing views of surrounding areas. 

 

If you are looking for excitement, don’t miss strap on a harness and also hazard outside of CN Tower. Also, recommend you to walk hands-free along a 1.5-meter wide ledge to get the adventurous feeling. If you are brave enough then test it on CN tower’s Glass Floor to feel the thrill. When I stepped onto the glass floor, I felt like walking on air.

 

You can explore views of the whole city from the Skypod Observation Deck. This is located at 33 stories above the observation level. Obviously, I didn’t miss to take some photos from there. Don’t miss to indulge in the world-class dining experience of CN Tower’s renowned 360 restaurant.

Nature lovers can’t miss Algonquin Provincial Park. As I am, was visited this park and enjoyed it most. I have hiked through lush forests, canoe on pristine lakes, and spot wildlife. If you are with family, friends, or with your partner don’t miss camping as there are many campgrounds and trails. It will immerse you in the panoramic views of nature.

In the whole of Ontario, you will find some places to experience a boat journey. UNESCO Rideau Canal is one of the. This is not the case that you can’t visit this place without a boat but a boat journey will be the best choice for you to explore it. 

 

This canal interconnected with lakes Meander through Charming Towns and soak up a lively atmosphere. Rideau Canal also offers you a pathway for walking that is gorgeous. You will be witness to the process of boats being raised or lowered and this is fascinating. When you visit this canal you will see delightful towns and villages or relax by the water’s edge. When I was walking on the street line, I saw Victorian buildings. These buildings have been transformed into boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries. I have visited this place twice. Once alone and other times with my partner. When I was with my wife, she enjoyed the boutique most because of its unique collection.

Cave of the Winds took away me from the edge of my seat with too much excitement. This palace allowed me to be right in the thick of it. Not only that you enjoy its waterfall. You will be drenched by the mist and spray of water. Also, This Cave of the Winds offers you educational opportunities. You will get their knowledgeable guides about a journey through the geological wonder of the cave.
