Jackson Hole is one the most unique destinations in the USA. This town has unlimited adventures and activities to take part in. This is a popular destination from sightseeing to skiing. Jackson Hole is a famous vacation destination in summer and winter. Last month, I spent my winter vacation in Jackson Hole and the experience was unforgettable. There are many things to do here but I will tell you what I enjoyed most.

Have you ever thought about what happen if you go on a sleigh ride through a snow-coated forest surrounded by wildlife? You can do that at Jackson Hole. Winter Sleigh Ride is one of the most unique and popular activities. You can experience the magic of winter from December to April. But you should be with an experienced guide who will take you through snowy terrain at the National Elk Refuge.
There you will explore a quiet peaceful environment and the beautiful scenery. You will come within 25-30 feet of real live elk when you’re on the sleigh. These natural pools are about 105 degrees Fahrenheit year-round. But this hot spring is only available in the winter season. There are guided options that will lead you to this hot spring destination. This place will be more enjoyable if you are an experienced snowmobiler. You can adventure to Granite Hot Springs by riding on a snowmobile.
Astoria Hot Spring
Astoria Hot Spring is located just 15 miles south of Jackson Hole and is a popular location. This hot spring was founded in 1960 but it was a showdown in 1990 for money problems and this is a matter of joy that Astoria Hot Spring reopened in 2020. Now this complex has 5 natural hot pools. There you will find some undeveloped hot springs, be sure to research beforehand. Because areas are illegal to swim and it can be dangerous.

Do you want to try something new and exciting? Fat Tire biking may be for you—Teton Mountain Biles tours through the Grand Tetons and the National Elk Refuge. Bikes are fastened with thick front and back tires, making them suitable for off-road terrain and snow. Fat tire biking is a great opportunity, if you want to do something active in the winter season.
Be sure to reserve your bikes ahead of time, because of its limited options. If you are not a professional biker, no problem at all. Many professionals will guide you. There you will find many shopping outlets and family-owned stores in Jackson Hole. Jackson’s Town Square has art galleries, jewelers, and outdoor supply stores. Of the two times I have visited this place, once with my wife, I realized that this is a great place to take your partner shopping.
If you have small children, there are many attractions tailored to kids. There you will find some ice cream parlors and candy stories can be found on the Jackson Town Square trip. There you will find an Instagram-worthy location the Antler Arches of Jackson, if you want to tell the world you’re in Jackson Hole. The town is popular for its stunning and unique arch made entirely from antlers. Many visitors choose to take photos with the arch to signify their trip to the state.
